About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international sales team.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients within the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to reach potential clients
Qualify leads, understand business needs, and identify sales opportunities
Present product/service value propositions to decision-makers
Schedule sales meetings or demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI targets
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Represent the company professionally during all interactions
Requirements
Fluent in German (C1+) and strong English (B2+)
Previous sales, outbound, or customer-facing experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Comfort using CRMs and sales tools (advantage but not mandatory)
Valid right to work in the country of employment
