About the Role

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Branch Sales Advisors to join a leading banking organisation in Singapore.

This is a customer-facing sales position based in a branch environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable financial products and solutions, including insurance and investment products.

The ideal candidate should be confident, commercially minded and comfortable working towards monthly sales KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work from the branch and proactively approach new and existing customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their financial goals, needs and circumstances.
• Provide tailored financial solutions, including insurance and investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct some outbound calling to leads provided by the bank.
• Process new customer applications and policy/product changes accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve and consistently work towards monthly sales KPIs and targets.
• Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin is required, as you will be serving Chinese-speaking customers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, investment, retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Candidates must be able to work in Singapore.
