Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who speaks Swedish fluently to join our customer service team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers from Sweden and ensure a smooth and positive experience with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish

Offer accurate and timely information related to orders, accounts, products, or technical issues

Provide excellent customer care, troubleshooting, and case resolution

Follow internal guidelines and use tools like CRM systems to document interactions

Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Stay up to date with company products and procedures

Candidate Requirements:

Native or fluent in Swedish (C1/C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 level or above)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

Familiarity with computer systems, email tools, and CRM platforms

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

Flexible with working hours (shifts may include weekends or holidays)
