Job Overview
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international support team. You will be responsible for assisting Danish-speaking customers via multiple channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working fully remotely.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/basic product questions
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach at all times
Requirements
C2 level in Danish (spoken and written)
B2 level in English (for internal communication)
Previous experience in customer support or call center is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic IT systems
Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment
Must be based in Braga / Portugal
