About the job German and English Customer Support Advisor (remote within Portugal only)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused German Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-quality service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally via email, phone, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.
Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
Document all interactions in the customer support system accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, IT) to improve customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) and proficient English (B2 or above).
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional languages are a plus.
