Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and live chat.

Assist with product or service questions, orders, returns, and account-related issues.

Deliver an excellent customer experience by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Use internal systems to track issues, follow up on cases, and escalate when needed.

Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Fluent in Danish (C2 level) both written and spoken.

Good command of English (for training and internal communication).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not mandatory.

EU passport or valid work permit for Greece (for relocation-based roles).

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
