Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assist with product or service questions, orders, returns, and account-related issues.

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Use internal systems to track issues, follow up on cases, and escalate when needed.

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (C2 level) both written and spoken.

  • Good command of English (for training and internal communication).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece (for relocation-based roles).

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
