Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative fluent in Czech and English to support our customers and ensure a high-quality service experience. You will serve as the main point of contact for Czech- and English-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, assisting with product or service-related issues, and providing excellent support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in both Czech and English.

Troubleshoot customer issues, provide clear solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.

Accurately log all customer interactions and feedback in the support system.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, billing) to resolve complex problems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.

Contribute to support documentation and FAQs by translating and updating content.

Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Czech C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in a customer support, help desk, or service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in sectors such as e-commerce, SaaS, travel, or tech.

Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems.

Multilingual candidates with additional language skills are a plus.

Ability to handle high volumes of interactions in a fast-paced environment.
