Job Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our Dutch- and English-speaking users by handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone in both Dutch and English.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, clear, and timely solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate assistance.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure follow-up.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system.
Maintain service-level targets and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
Support the development and translation of help center content and FAQs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in Dutch C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a customer support, help desk, or call center environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce).
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Empathy, patience, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital services environment.
Familiarity with support KPIs and customer experience metrics.
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
Proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
