Role: German-speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting international customers via phone, chat, or email

Solving issues and offering clear product guidance

Representing global tech, retail, or travel brands

Ensuring top-quality service with empathy and professionalism

Youre a Great Fit If You:

Speak German fluently (C1/native)

Have a good level of English (B2+)

Communicate well and enjoy problem-solving

Are an EU citizen or legally allowed to work in Greece

Have basic computer skills

Monday- Friday: 10:00-18:30
