Customer Support Representative (Slovenian & English Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative fluent in Slovenian and English to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. As the first point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in both Slovenian and English.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, order issues, and general inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.

Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., tech support, logistics, billing) to resolve escalated issues.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and system updates.

Contribute to help center articles and FAQs by translating and updating content in Slovenian.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Slovenian C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).

Prior experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, tech, or travel/hospitality sectors.

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
