Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a high-quality support experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of service

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases

  • Meet performance targets and KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is an advantage

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Team player with a proactive attitude
