About the Role:
Youll be the voice of our company for German-speaking customers, ensuring they get the best service and support experience online.

Responsibilities:

• Manage email, chat, and phone queries in German

• Provide accurate information and solutions

• Escalate unresolved cases as needed

• Promote a positive customer journey

Requirements:

• Native-level German, fluent English

• Based anywhere in Turkey

• Prior experience in customer service preferred
