About the job Irish speaking Customer Support Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to support our Irish market. In this role, youll be helping customers in English with product inquiries, technical support, and service-related questions while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from Irish customers
Deliver accurate, professional, and timely solutions to customer queries
Assist with orders, payments, product use, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
Document customer cases clearly and thoroughly in CRM systems
Escalate complex cases to technical or specialist teams as needed
Maintain performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Follow internal policies and contribute to a positive team culture
Candidate Profile:
Native-level English speaker (preferably Irish)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or BPO is a plus
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online systems (email, CRM, ticketing tools)
Open to shift work, including weekends or holidays if required
EU citizenship or legal eligibility to work in the EU
