About the Role:
We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers by providing high-quality assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in your C2 language and English
Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical questions
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Follow company processes and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
C2 in one of the following languages:
- Czech
- Dutch
- German
- Greek
- Hungarian
- Polish
Good command of English C1
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer support or contact center is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
