DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and assess gaming-related content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
Identify potentially harmful, abusive, inappropriate or policy-violating content
Apply content moderation guidelines consistently and accurately
Investigate reported content and determine appropriate actions in accordance with established procedures
Review user-generated content, reports and flagged material while maintaining objectivity
Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the relevant specialist teams
Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and case outcomes
Protect user safety and contribute to a positive, respectful online gaming environment
Meet quality, productivity and accuracy targets while managing sensitive content professionally
Stay informed about policy updates and evolving online safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:

German at C1/C2 level
English at B2 level or above
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to make fair, consistent and policy-based decisions
Strong written communication and comprehension skills
Comfortable working with digital platforms and content review tools
Ability to manage sensitive material while maintaining professional judgement
Resilience and emotional maturity when reviewing potentially disturbing content
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Sofia
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if required
