About the Role
We are seeking motivated Dutch + English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international team in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across various industries (technology, e-commerce, travel, or entertainment), ensuring an exceptional customer experience through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Document customer interactions in internal systems.
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and best practices.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome.
EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece
