Position Summary:
Were expanding our remote support team in Turkey and looking for a fluent German (C2) and English (C1) speaker to provide excellent customer care to international clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels.

  • Resolve product or account-related questions.

  • Ensure timely and professional responses.

  • Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • C2-level German and C1 English.

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer empathy.
