Job Description

Move to Greece and build a career that spans borders. We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Support Advisor to join a dynamic team supporting Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, chat, and social media.

This role puts you at the center of the customer experience — resolving complaints with precision and professionalism, communicating policies clearly, and keeping detailed, accurate records of every interaction. You'll know when to solve and when to escalate, working closely with other departments to make sure every customer walks away satisfied.

Requirements

Critical Requirements

  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
  • C1 or higher proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken)
  • B2 or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • High school diploma

Important Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in shifts

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
