Work from home in Greece while putting your German language skills to real use. We're looking for a dedicated, customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to become the go-to voice of support for a German-speaking customer base — fully remote, fully flexible.
As the primary point of contact, you'll handle inquiries and resolve issues across phone, email, and chat, delivering fast, accurate, and professional support every time. If you're a proactive communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people, and you're fluent in both German and English, this role gives you the chance to do meaningful work without leaving home.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
- Good English communication skills (B2+ level)
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
- Must already reside in Greece and possess the legal right to work in Greece
