We're looking for a motivated, results-driven German-Speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join an international team in Barcelona, guiding new business clients through onboarding on a leading online advertising platform.

You'll be a trusted consultant from day one — walking clients through digital advertising solutions, spotting opportunities to add real value, and building relationships that turn first-time advertisers into long-term, satisfied customers. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable closing a sale and coaching a client toward success.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide new business clients through onboarding for a leading online advertising platform
  • Consult on digital advertising solutions tailored to client goals
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work toward individual sales and quality targets
  • Deliver exceptional, consistent customer service
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools

Requirements

Critical Requirements

  • Native or near-native German language proficiency (C1/C2)
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed performance targets
