We're looking for a dedicated Ukrainian-English Translator to join an international customer support team in Lisbon, becoming the vital communication bridge between Ukrainian-speaking customers and English-speaking colleagues.

Requirements

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Ukrainian (C2 level or equivalent)
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese residence card with work authorization

Important Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in translation or interpreting
• Prior experience in a customer support role
