Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Spanish Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a solid sales pipeline within the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Spanish market
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers and present company products/services effectively
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1–C2 level required)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Target-oriented mindset with resilience and drive
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
