About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing international team supporting a leading cloud technology project.

In this role, you will focus on building long-term relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and helping companies adopt innovative cloud-based solutions. You will work in a consultative sales environment where relationship-building and strategic thinking are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying and developing new opportunities

  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses, agencies, and decision-makers (including C-level contacts)

  • Present, recommend, and negotiate suitable cloud-based technology solutions

  • Handle objections and close deals through a consultative sales approach

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and client success

Requirements

  • Fluent German (B2+/C1) and English (B2 or higher)

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management

  • Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals

  • Ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers and business leaders

  • Basic understanding or interest in cloud-based software solutions

  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland or already based in the area
