Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders

• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

• Deliver a positive and high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher)

• Good English level (B2+)

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Center roles is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment

• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad
