Job Title: Client Advisor for Tech Company | Dutch Speaker Remote in Portugal

Location: Remote in Lisbon, Portugal (relocation & accommodation support included)

About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital platforms and eager to support small and medium-sized businesses in thriving online? Join a dynamic team as a Client Advisor for one of the worlds leading social media and tech brands. In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients by providing exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat.

Your focus will be on guiding clients through digital advertising products, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Dutch-speaking small and medium-sized business clients

• Provide both pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising tools

• Offer guidance to optimize customer engagement with self-service platforms

• Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions

• Deliver actionable feedback and trends to internal teams

• Identify and proactively solve emerging technical or user-related issues

Training & Development:

• 3 weeks of paid, full-time training (8 hours/day)

• Ongoing coaching and skills development

• Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, and cultural workshops

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive monthly salary structure (14 salaries per year including holiday & Christmas bonuses)

Relocation Package & Remote Work:
