Unterstützung deutschsprachiger Kunden per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail
Non-technischer Support und Kundenbetreuung
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um Lösungen zu finden und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

💰 Salary: BGN 2,800/month + Monthly performance bonus

🔹 What You'll Do:
Support German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
Provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care
Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction

🔹 What You Need:
Fluent German and English
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
