About the Role: As a Video Content Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online advertisements within a leading streaming service platform. Your efforts will ensure compliance with local guidelines and improve the platform's user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review online advertisements and content to ensure they are suitable for target audiences.
- Remove inappropriate or non-compliant content according to platform guidelines and local regulations.
- Moderate ads to align with age-appropriate content, e.g., removing soda advertisements targeting children under 12.
What Were Looking For:
- Language skills: Fluency in Hebrew (C2 level) and English (C1 Level) (mandatory).
- Availability: Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule:
- Morning: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM
- No prior experience required; up to 12 months in content moderation is a bonus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary: 14,000
- Annually Premium Bonus: 8100
- Meal Allowance: 7.63/day (net, paid via meal card)
- Transportation Bonus: 720/year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the annual gross base salary
Relocation Support (only for candidates within the EU):
- Assistance with bureaucratic tasks like obtaining NIF and NISS
- Help in finding suitable accommodation
- 2,000 gross relocation bonus, paid in the first payroll cycle
Required documents: EU passport or Portuguese residence card
Health & Life Insurance: Includes a family plan for your spouse/legal partner and children
