Role Overview:

We are looking for native Italian speakers with strong English (B2) to join the Customer Support & Technical Sales team of a leading tech company in Lisbon. If you're customer-focused, tech-savvy, and motivated by results, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic, international environment!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Log calls, update case management systems, and ensure timely resolutions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear updates and solutions

  • ️ Support sales efforts by promoting products and meeting quarterly goals

  • Assist with post-sales support: delivery, warranties, refunds, etc.

  • Manage and follow up on customer orders using CRM tools

Candidate Profile:

  • Native Italian speaker + English (B2 level)

  • Strong communication and empathy skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

  • Experience in customer service or sales (preferred)

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Relocation Package (for candidates abroad):

  • ️ Reimbursement of flight ticket after 6 months (up to 400 , Economy)

  • Room in shared apartment: 280 /month (bills included, deducted from salary)

Working Schedule:

  • Shifts: Monday to Saturday, 08:0019:00 (rotational, including holidays)

  • Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational weekday

  • Contract: 6-month contract with possibility of renewal
