Position: German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Athens, Greece (Onsite) or Remote

About the Role

Were hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers, solve problems, and create positive experiences. Youll support users via phone, email, or chateither onsite in Athens with an international team or remotely from Greece.

What Youll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries in German with professionalism and empathy

• Troubleshoot technical/account issues and escalate when needed

• Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
