Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries and provide high-quality support while working from home. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Croatian-speaking customers
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Follow company guidelines and data protection policies

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Previous customer service experience (call center or remote support preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Must be legally authorized to work and currently based in Greece
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
