We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join an international team supporting a large-scale digital advertising project. This role is ideal for candidates with a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and for those who are passionate about digital marketing solutions.

Your Role

• Consult and support clients with sales and marketing solutions
• Work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment
• Identify growth and upselling opportunities
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings
• Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in marketing is a plus)
• Dutch at C1 level or higher
• English at B2 level
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset
• Candidates must already be based in Berlin

Compensation

• Base salary: €2,750 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €687.50/month
• Language bonus: €300/month
