Role: Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
Languages: German, Turkish, or Polish (proficient on one of these languages C2 level plus English C1)

You will work with high-value clients, implementing optimization strategies across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement optimization strategies for digital campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns meet client objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of KPIs and campaign performance
• Proficiency in German, Turkish, or Polish plus English
• Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base annual salary: 23,000
• Monthly total package: approx. 2,356 (includes base salary, meal allowance, transportation bonus, and yearly target bonus)
• Meal allowance per day via meal card
• Transportation bonus
• Yearly performance/target bonus
• Health & life insurance, including family coverage for spouse and children

Contract & Relocation:

• Permanent contract with 180-day probation
• Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Portugal:
  • 2,500 relocation bonus
  • 1,000 relocation bonus for candidates outside the Lisbon metro area
