About the Role

We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support in Danish

  • Handle inquiries related to accounts, orders, payments, or services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems

  • Meet individual and team performance KPIs

Requirements

  • Danish language proficiency: C1 level or higher (required)

  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher

  • Currently residing in Portugal (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused attitude

  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
