About the Role
We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in Danish

Handle inquiries related to accounts, orders, payments, or services

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Meet individual and team performance KPIs
Requirements

Danish language proficiency: C1 level or higher (required)

English proficiency: B2 level or higher

Currently residing in Portugal (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused attitude

Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
