Relocation Support

  • One-time relocation reimbursement of 2,600 PLN gross after relocation and employment start.

Work Model

  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours with start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
  • Latest finish time: 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a German & English-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team based in Krakow, Poland.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • SaaS Sales
    • IT Sales
    • Cloud Sales
    • Google Ads or Meta Ads Sales
    • Digital Advertising Sales
    • Technology Sales
  • Proven outbound sales experience.
  • Experience achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
