About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Italian speaker with solid experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will focus on generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline within the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Italian market
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities
  • Engage with decision-makers and effectively present company products/services
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
  • Native or fluent Italian (C1–C2 level required)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
