Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries and provide high-quality support while working from home. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Croatian-speaking customers
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in CRM systems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
- Follow company guidelines and data protection policies
Requirements
- Native or fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Previous customer service experience (call center or remote support preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Must be legally authorized to work and currently based in Greece
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
