We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding customer service team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. What You’ll Be Doing

Communicating with Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Providing timely and effective support for order inquiries, returns, product issues, delivery updates, and more.

Offering clear and professional assistance while maintaining empathy and a problem-solving attitude.

Logging and tracking customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Staying up to date with company policies, products, and procedures.
What You Bring

Fluency in Czech (C2 level) – both written and spoken.

Good English skills (B2 level minimum) for internal communication and training.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and navigating systems.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Team spirit and a positive mindset.
Preferred but not required:

Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment, ideally in the e-commerce or retail sector.
