We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding customer service team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating with Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Providing timely and effective support for order inquiries, returns, product issues, delivery updates, and more.

  • Offering clear and professional assistance while maintaining empathy and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Logging and tracking customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Staying up to date with company policies, products, and procedures.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Czech (C2 level) – both written and spoken.

  • Good English skills (B2 level minimum) for internal communication and training.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and navigating systems.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Team spirit and a positive mindset.

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment, ideally in the e-commerce or retail sector.
