Your Role at a Glance

Communicate effectively with Slovak-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email.

Handle inquiries related to orders, returns, product features, shipping updates, payments, and account concerns.

Maintain a high standard of service, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

Accurately log and update customer details in our systems.

Cooperate with other departments when needed to address complex cases.

Stay current with internal processes, product updates, and system tools.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Excellent command of Slovak (C2 level) – spoken and written.

Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or higher) – required for training and internal purposes.

Confident using technology and navigating digital tools.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Desirable but not essential:

Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Full training will be provided.
