Your Role at a Glance

  • Communicate effectively with Slovak-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email.

  • Handle inquiries related to orders, returns, product features, shipping updates, payments, and account concerns.

  • Maintain a high standard of service, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Accurately log and update customer details in our systems.

  • Cooperate with other departments when needed to address complex cases.

  • Stay current with internal processes, product updates, and system tools.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Excellent command of Slovak (C2 level) – spoken and written.

  • Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or higher) – required for training and internal purposes.

  • Confident using technology and navigating digital tools.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Friendly, solution-oriented attitude with a team-first mindset.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Full training will be provided.
