About the Opportunity
Are you fluent in Czech and eager to build a meaningful career in customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our on-site support team in Sofia, providing exceptional assistance to customers in the Czech market for a major brand in the e-commerce industry.
This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and newcomers who are motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused. You’ll be part of a friendly, international workplace where training, equipment, and support are all provided.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring excellent service in Czech.

Assist with a wide range of topics, including product information, order tracking, returns, and account support.

Ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

Log all conversations and updates in internal systems in a structured and timely manner.

Work closely with other departments when needed to resolve more complex issues.

Stay informed about product updates, internal tools, and service standards.
Required Qualifications

Fluent Czech speaker (C2 level minimum) – spoken and written.

Solid English skills (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and onboarding.

Strong communication abilities and a customer-first approach.

Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.

Positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and procedures.
Preferred but not required:

Previous experience in customer support, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
