Requirements:

Native Croatian speaker & B1+ level English (training provided in English)

EU ID Card or Full Market Access Residence Card (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Interest in the car rental, travel, and hospitality sectors

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with hotel bookings, car rental reservations, and travel inquiries

Provide multichannel support (phone, email, chat)

Ensure a smooth customer experience by offering personalized solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Contract & Work Conditions:

Permanent contract

40 hours per week (8h/day, 5 days a week)
