Position: Video Content Analyst (Content Moderation)

What You Will Do:

Review and moderate advertisements inside a popular streaming platform

Remove inappropriate content following platform guidelines

Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., age-restricted ads)

What You Need:

Native German speaker

No prior experience required (up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus)

Availability for rotating shifts (24/7)

Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Salary Breakdown & Benefits

️ Annual Base Salary: 14,000

️ Language Bonus: 235/month (2,820/year)

️ Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (~1,600/year, paid via meal card-net amount)

️ Transportation Bonus: 720/year

️ Yearly Performance Bonus: 5% of the annual gross salary (~700/year)

Relocation Support (for candidates outside Portugal):

Relocation Bonus: 2,000 (paid with first salary)
