Roles and responsibilities:

Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscriptions, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting.
Providing account application support to customers mainly about software functionality.
Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer's inquiries. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken. Provide optimal advice to business clients; Often the first point of contact for viewers and a crucial ambassador for the brand.
In this role, you should be enthusiastic about addressing the needs of our client's customers and aiming to deliver excellent service.
Assisting via phone, chat, and email to viewers regarding a variety of questions.
Support viewers' accounts and applications, primarily about software functionality.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot system configurations, and configure networks.
Respond to viewer inquiries accurately and in real time.
Maintain records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Maintain high customer satisfaction while focusing on quality and results.

Minimum requirements:

An Italian native speaker and fluent in English language.
Previous experience in Contact centre or Customer service (preferable)
Experience in providing customer support through the following channels. Social media +Chat +E-mail + Calls (small percentage)
