As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers

  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided)

  • For some projects: Technical knowledge or B2B cloud experience

  • For specific roles: Minimum age of 21
