We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Azerbaijani and confident in English to provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with product questions, order management, account issues, and more all while representing a global name in innovation and quality.

What you can expect:

  • Full-time contract with stable working hours

  • Rotational shifts (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 | Sat-Sun 08:00-16:00)

  • Paid training (3 weeks + 1 week nesting)

  • Monthly gross salary: 3,500 BGN + benefits
