German Content Moderator - relocation to Lisbon

We are seeking German-speaking Content Moderators to join our multicultural team in Lisbon.

You will be responsible for reviewing online advertising content to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated advertising content

• Ensure compliance with platform rules and European regulations

• Identify inappropriate or sensitive content and take appropriate action

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in decision-making

• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required

• Uphold platform quality and security standards

Requirements

• German: C1 or above

• English: B2 or above

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and emotional resilience

• Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)

• Valid EU work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)

• Ideal for graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: ~14,000

• Estimated monthly package: approx. 1,400 net + incentives

• Language bonus: 235/month

• Meal allowance: 7.63/day (meal card)

• Transport assistance: 720/year

• Annual performance bonus: 5% of gross annual salary

• Employment contract: 2-month training + 1-year fixed-term contract

• 2,000 welcome bonus paid with first salary

Working Schedule

• On-site in Lisbon (Lagoas Park)

• Rotational shifts (monthly rotation):

  • 08:00-17:00

  • 14:00-23:00

  • 23:00-08:00
