About the Role
Cross Border Talents is recruiting French-speaking Social Media Customer Support Specialists for an international project in Porto, Portugal.
We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service experience, familiar with KPIs and performance-driven environments.

Work Schedule

• Current: Monday Sunday, 10:00 19:00 (2 days off on rotation)

• Please note: Night shifts will be added soon (rotative shifts, 09:00 21:00 initially, extending further).

Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker (B2/C1 level)

• Good command of English

• Proven Customer Service background, with experience in KPIs and targets

• EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal

• Availability to relocate to Porto
