Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our airline contact center in Malta. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally and courteously.

Provide accurate information about flights, services, and airline procedures.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the best customer experience.

Record and update interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:

Fluent in German and English (C1 level, both written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.

Willingness to relocate to Malta.
