Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our airline contact center in Malta. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information about flights, services, and airline procedures.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the best customer experience.

  • Record and update interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level, both written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.

  • Willingness to relocate to Malta.
