As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers with their products, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, messages, and emails from customers.
  • Provide info and support on the company's products (vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Manage warranty claims and repairs.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Relocate to Greece.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Professional attitude in handling concerns.
  • Experience in customer or tech support is a plus.
  • Must have an EU passport or work permit for Greece.
