As a Support Consultant for a leading betting app, you'll be the expert voice customers rely on resolving queries, building trust, and ensuring smooth experiences.
What You'll Do

Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone

Support users with account issues, betting activity, or general questions

Deliver clear, empathetic communication while following company policies

Share feedback to improve tools and service processes

What You Bring

Fluency in European Portuguese (written & spoken)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)
