As a Support Consultant for a leading betting app, you'll be the expert voice customers rely on resolving queries, building trust, and ensuring smooth experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone

  • Support users with account issues, betting activity, or general questions

  • Deliver clear, empathetic communication while following company policies

  • Share feedback to improve tools and service processes

  • Stay up to date on platform updates and industry trends

What You Bring

  • Fluency in European Portuguese (written & spoken)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Interest in sports and betting industry

  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office; CRM tools)

  • Adaptability to rotational shifts

  • Customer support experience is a plus but not required
