Location: Remote from Portugal
Language Requirements: German (C1) & English (B2)

  • Stay up to date with the brands latest offerings and policies

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2)

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles (automotive experience is a plus)

  • Passion for the automotive industry and emerging tech

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new systems and processes
